I was a Verizon Fios customer 5 years ago. I moved from that house and no longer used the service.
I moved to a new house 3 months ago and signed up for service. When doing this, I found I had miss payments from my old account. I paid these old bills but my new account still does not show in portal. I cannot access my bill or any information about my service.
