In September I purchased a FIOS 4-device TV Remote Control along with a new router. Some buttons are not working
on the remote. It has a 12 month warranty. I called the recommended 888-553-1555 number for a warranty replacement
and got less than no where. They will send out a 2-device remote but not the 4-device unless I pay for a new one. The warranty says "replaced with like item". They referred me to Verizon eCenter Customer Service who could do nothing and referred me back to the support team I originally called. Do I really want to call them again ? My thought is to buy another 4-device remote and file a Consumer Complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General for Verizon failing to honor a warranty. Has anyone had any luck with a warranty replacement like this - and how ?

Take the defective remote to a local FIOS store, they probably have a return 4-button (used). swap it . EOP
