Does ano one have any suggestions? In May I upgraded my service and added a couple of pay channels. I was told thwart I could combine the Fios bill and cell phone bill into the "one bill " plan which would save me some money. I was told it would take 1-2 billing cycles to start up. Well it's October and still nothing. Have made calls to Verizon and even managed to speak with humans. However they don't seem to communicate very well with each other. Neither the cellphone division or Fios can explain to me why the "order " is still holding. It seems a computer is keeping every one at bay. Next step start cancelling channels. Totally frustrated. I guess if it's not their problem no bigger deal.?
