When I switched from DirectV to Fios with the triple play bundle, I was promised a $250 visa gift card after 3 months. After those 3 months, I called Verizon and they told me that the card would arrive in 2 weeks by mail. After those 2 weeks, I didn't get anything. I called on the 4th month and they said it was an error and that the gift card offer did not appear on my order. Why would Verizon promise this gift card if they're not going to follow through. They promise just to grab new customers. I spent hours on the phone talking to rep after rep and I'm getting nowhere. I might just change services.
