Old customers are garbage?

Hello,

I just saw a new commercial by Verizon where they are offering to new customers a $99 for the Triple Play + $200 credits for the new iphone 4 + 10 monthly discount for the data plan. This is just amazing. I am -maybe was in a few days- a loyal Fios customer and a Verizon wireless customer for more than four years, and I pay $150 more my Triple play. Now I want to upgrade my phone (I have been waiting almost more than two years for the iphone) and because I have been paying $150 dollar for a 4 lines plan, I am not worth it as much as a new customer! 

Well done Verizon, well done. I always thought that you treats your customers better than other companies, but I see that you are in the same boat. This is a shame.
