Hello all, I'm new to the forum. If this is in the wrong place, please move it. Anyways, during the last big storm in New England an older telephone pole Verizon had fell onto the new telephone line and since has been resting on it. Its stressing the line a lot and could take out phone service during the next storm. What's the best way to go about contacting Verizon about this? I've searched around and haven't found a way to contact them. Here are some pictures.
If there is a pole down I would call your local public safety office or fire department. Tell them of you safety concern and they may get it resolved faster.
