On Line Payments

What is going on with the on line payment feature..? Why can't I pay.. And when I go to pay by phone it wants to charge me $3.50 for making a payment and then they want a separate check for that $3.50. Come on now why don't you just charge the entire amount on one check.. Very inconvenient

Sorry for the troubles with the payment. Our over the phone billing agents can now take payments with no surcharge. Have you contacted them regarding this already?
