Has anyone tried to get through all of the different user name and passwords requested only to get into a loop trying to get make an online payment?  I'm not a stupid person, but for three nights I have spent more than 45 minutes each not getting to the One Bill page, let alone trying to see my bill.  I hope someone from Verizon has read this, this is positively the worst example of web design for ease of payment. I had to resort to paying on the phone, which adds $3.00 to my bill.  This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
