I have been struggling to pay my bill online the past few days, so I called customer service yesterday and they explained they could not waive the fee despite the website giving me continual issues. After a few minute conversation regarding me just waiting till the system was in working order to make my payment...I then receive an email from the agent regarding a payment arrangement that I DID NOT even make. Even more interesting the payment arrangement is setup for the actual due date of the bill?! The fine print says if I do not adhere to the arrangement, which I did not make, that service can be interrupted...I want the arrangement removed and the system is so buggy it will not allow me....HELP! lol
