The application on my computer seems to be almost completely frozen. For some reason I can open Help, My account, etc., but the application itself is not working and it was yesterday. Also, my computer won't shut down unless I "Close" the application from the taskbar. Is this normal? Don't remember reading anything about that. Thanks for any help.
No this is by far not normal. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the program already in case there was a hiccup in the installation process?
