What's going on with the "Support->Get Help With->Order Status"?  It just takes me back to the dashboard.  Very frustrating.

I am having the same issue. I placed an order to upgrade my boxes to the new Fios TV One boxes and I can't find any details on the order status. Any time I think I've found something I always end up redirected to the dashboard.
