Verizon has broken multiple promises to fix the charge on my bill. This is looking more and more like an intentional business practice. Has anyone discovered an effective method to motivate Verizon to take action to live up to its commitments? I've already spent far too much valuable time on the phone, and email exchanges have only resulted in the temporary fix of a refund for each mistake.

i ve got 2years agreement but they overchared again again

report to BBB.org.

Thanks for the response.  I understand that reporting to BBB.org can help consumers make more infomed decisions. Did your reporting prompt Verizon to solve your problem?
