I paid my bill on 1/30 in full, and as of today, Verizon.com says it is overdue. I have a confirmation number as well as bank statements to show it is paid. How do I get Verizon to acknowledge my payment and clear this up before they start tacking unwarranted overdue fees onto my bill for no reason?
