Paying Online Bills

Hi,

I signed up for internet and cable service with you company last September. 

A salesman/rep for your company came to my building to help sell your products. 

I signed up for auto-pay services so that I wouldn't have to continually fill out the same payment info. 

I was never set up for this. 

Each time I have attempted to pay my bill online it simply refreshes the page and a notification pops up on the side that I have a past-due balance. 

This should be embarrassing for your company. 

I would like to simply pay my bills and each time I attempt to it seems to be a 20 min endeavourer. 

Please correct whatever issues your site may have. 

I would also like to set up the auto-pay service that was guaranteed by your salesman months ago.

Sorry you are having difficulty with paying your bill online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or help you resolve your issue.
