Why have I been on hold for over an hour and ten minutes.... and still holding??????  What kind of customer service is this?  
This length of time will aggravate a customer evern more than they already are.............

Oh and please don't tell me to use the LIVE CHAT, cuz it doesn't work....and your automated chat person can't solve any issues....which by the way, our  box is not working.  It doesn't turn on... the light flashes and we've tried resetting it..... 

At this rate, we might as well go with Time Warner cuz at the very least, they don't leave you holding for hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
