Hi everyone just wanna ask if the costumer service calling number is working from you guys? Because for me it took forever to contact them. Is **bleep** me off i woke up early morning about 9 am to think i can get them but nothing just wait and wait until my patient give up. I am a new costumer i recently made an order on feb 28 2011 from online i got the triple bundle that i think its a good deal but after 3 days i realize its hell NO! I want to cancel it before the intallation Kit came. To verizon company i would suggest you guys to put more employee to give good services to the costumer and give us a working number coz waiting for nothing is a waste of time and money. I hope in the futute this thing is fixed. Sorry for my english...
