Problems After Updating Verizon Internet Security Suite

The computer at my church received an update to Verizon Internet security suite last week. Right after the update several things now will not work. All seem to be related to Verizon. 

1. Verizon internet security suite will not open. It does start during power on bet the window will not open

2. When we go to verizon.com to get into an account it will not let us log in.

It may be a problem with Java, We reloaded both 32 and 64 bit java but that didn't work. the firewall is still active because we can't get into Internet security to stop it.

I tried to remove and reload Verizon internet security suite but the system will not let me remove it. I tried turning VISS off with Ctrl-Alt-Del but it still would not let me remove it. I even tried to delete the Mcafee folders from My computer but it would not let me delete them. Because VISS is still on the computer I can not download the program.

So far all other programs work and no other website is giving us problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
