Promotional Samsung galaxy buds never sent

I have followed all the processes on the email and such to redeem the earbuds however I have yet to receive them. Last I read it was being "processed" as per the app. Seeing as how other posts also complain about this I was wondering if anyone actually received their promotional offers or should I just count this as a loss and poor customer care.

You can find your inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
