Put the service in customer service

My service start date was supposed to be the 11th between 9 and 5.


it's now 12:45 am on the 12th and I have no Internet or phone.


Even worse, I sat on hold for a half hour and was disconnected. I tried the live chat and was told to wait until midnight and call. Then I was told it would definitely be turned on by then.


Midnight came and went and still nothing. I call again, speak to someone. He put me on hold to find out what was going on. Twenty minutes later someone else picked up and has no idea what is going on. 


I don't have service, I can't get an answer and I ordered this a week ago. 


This is pathetic.
