Question About Adding Note to Repair Ticket

I have a question, I put in a repair ticket today via phone. Since it is an automated system, I was unable to leave a message to what I believe the problem is. The county was out working and digging at the end of my driveway today. My phones worked this morning but not after they finished the work. I am not 100% sure this is the problem but I do not want a technician to come out, see that the phone lines are working at the road box and assume it is my problem up at the house. Will they check to see if a line was cut? or just assume its my problem and leaving me to wait longer for a fix as I work 12 hour days. Is there anywhere at all to leave them a message telling them this so they can check it out. Thank you

i think the only way you can do that is with a rep,  maybe try the contact us button and live chat - there is a link at the bottom of my page.
