I am considering changing our tv package online. It is very confusing. All I want to do is upgrade my fios tv, and keep my existing internet and phone plan. But after numerous attempts, it wont let me upgrade an individual service.
Correct me if I am wrong here. My current service is verizon fios triple freedom, which consists of premier 2009, fios internet 20/5, verizon freedom essentials.
When I go to upgrade my choices are verizon triple play which includes fios ultimate hd, fios internet 25/25. All I want is the ultimate hd. I do not want to change my internet, or phone plan. Is this at all humanly possible??
It just looks too good to be true, that I can get fios hd for only an extra 20 bucks a month which includes many more channels than I get now.
