SO I INSTALLED THE SERVICE CALLED "BETTER EVERYTHING" THAT HAD THE GIGABIT INTERNET AND CAME WITH AMAZON PRIME FOR A YEAR AND ROUTER 3 YEARS NO CHARGE AND WAS ALSO TO COME WITH A $100 AMAZON GIFT CARD BUT THAT REWARD STILL HAS NOT SHOWN UP AND I HAVE CALLED CONSTANTLY FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND CANT SEEM TO GET AN ANSWER FROM ANYONE. THE OPERATORS TELL ME THEY'RE TAKING ME TO A SUPERVISOR TO JUST HAVE ME ON A DEADLINE WAITING FOR AN HOUR. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT EVERYONE MIGHT NEED TO KNOW BEFORE GOING THROUGH WITH THE DEAL SINCE ITS A BIG PART IN WHETHER TO INSTALL THE SERVICE. IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP, ID GLADLY APPRICIATE IT.
