I subscribed to Triple Freedom during the $150 rebate / reward period. A few weeks after installation I received a postcard with confirmation that processing for my reward has started. The post card provided URL (http://www.verizon.com/rewards) and a username/password to monitor reward status.
At the time I received the post card, I logged into the site. No pending rewards were shown. I decided to wait a few more weeks. Now two rewards are listed but the customer name for the first reward is blank, and the customer name for the second reward is not me. Both rewards show zero value. Obviously something is cross-wired.
I can't find any phone number or email address to straighten this out. Any advice?
Now I see something different on the rewards site. A single $150 reward, for another customer name that is different from me. Something is definitely wrong with this rewards site. How do I report this problem and get my name to show up?
