I signed up for Fios with the free amazon echo deal. I received my email to claim it, but when I followed the link to myverizon, there was no "reedeem amazon offer" link. I spoke to someone on chat, and several people at various verizon customer serice lines and was finally told that my issue was esclated and that I would expect to hear back in 24 hours. That was Thursday morning. I still have not heard anything from Verizon except for a survey about my customer service experience.
