Redeem offer link missing for Amazon Prime and Echo

I received the email to claim the Amazon Prime & Echo speaker. I clicked lets go on the email to then log into my account. All i see is Learn More About My Offer page. I tried to chat with someone and they kept saying its here, its here. I tried to do what they told me and it still the link was not there to redeem. Can anybody provide me some help?
