I had refereed a couple of my friends for which I am eligible for the referral rewards. I have received emails in Dec 2018 asking me to register ( accet ) for the reward to be processed. As of now its more than 4 months and I have not received my referral reward Master Card. Customer support just keeps me moving from one agent to another.
