We have had no power for 2 days. We have now had no FIOS service for 4 days.
What is the procedure for receiving a refund for this failure to deliver a service?

Force majeure
I don't think Verizon has any control over your power. But you may call billing and talk to them. Good luck.

I called Verizon about it and they said that since we have had no service, they would "automatically" credit our account. Not sure starting when - I intend to call back.
