I switched service providers 2 days ago and wish to return to verizon under the $119.00 plan. I called the office and they said I'd have to complete the order online for that price. I've attempted to complete it on line but the system says I'm still a user. How can I initiate this?
When you go through the signup process, do it as a new customer. If you have disconnected service, when you put in your name, address, or phone it should not flag you as an existing customer. If you are still having troubles, please send me a private message.
