Each time I attempt to use the Visa Rewards Card registration link, the web page won't load because it always times out. Thus, I'm unable to register for the reward card. I reached out to customer service who told me to clear my cookies; this did nothing. I've reviewed other posts, and it seems the only way to get personal support is to post here. So I'm formally requesting assistance with my rewards card registration from Verizon support.
I am very concerned that this issue is impacting so many people, has been doing so for some time, and clearly Verizon is aware. It is starting to smell like false advertising or flat out bait and switch which may need the attention of the Better Business Bureau. Let's see if or how the issue is resolved. In the meantime I'll keep the BBB complaint link nearby; I know for a fact that their link works!
