Reward VISA Question

When I signed up I did so through a referral link from a friend and as syuch he and I were both eligible for the $50 share the network VISA gift card.  In addition the plan/package I picked gave me a $200 VISA gift card.  IT is now past the 61 day window and I got an email about the $200 card and can log into the rewards page to see it is being processed, however I see nothing at all about the share the network $50 card for either of us.  I absolutely 100% am positive I used the link my friend sent me to sign up.  There is no question in the slightest that the process to qualify for the card for the two of us was followed to the T.  How can I check on the status of that card for both of us?
