I have a $50 VISA rewards card that I received for signing up for FIOS.  I have not been able to use it online at any shops/stores as I've been trying to since March.  Because of lockdowns due to COVID, I finally made it to a store and realized the card is now expired as of 5/20.  The website is useless and I can't get a live person on any of the phone numbers I can find.  I don't know if this card was ever any good or if it doesn't work now because of the expiration date.  It says clearly on the card the the funds do not expire.
