I have been trying to redeem my Samsung promotion for several days, but have had no success. I received the email to redeem an award for a Samsung promotion. But after clicking the link, I logged in, and there is no "redeem" link to the Samsung site.
I have tried using different browsers and have cleared my browser history, but still nothing.
Please help me reach a resolution. One of the reasons I signed up for your service was because of this offer. I can't understand why this is so difficult.
