When ever I receive email pictures from people using Verizon Webmail, the pictures are never embedded in the email body. Instead I get red "X's", and the "Download Pictures" link in Entourage 2004 doesn't seem to work. I have to manually click and open the pictures from the attachment window. Is there some incompatibility between Verizon Webmail and Entourage 2004? Thanks for any help or assistance.
My setup:
Powerbook G4
OS X 10.4.11
Entourage 2004
Brighthouse Roadrunner Cable
Problem setup(s):
Anyone sending me attachments using Verizon Webmail. ( PC or Mac )
Sincerely,
Renick Marsh

My Brother just sent me a test message using his Verizon Webmail account using the Firefox browser. The pictures were successfully embedded in the email body when I accessed my email with Entourage 2004. My Brother is a Mac user, so I'm wondering if this is an issue for people using Windows, Internet Explorer and Verizon Webmail????
Next, I'm going to try to receive some email attachments from a known problem client, who has a Windows setup. This time I'm going to try to use OS X's built in Mail program, instead of Entourage. Will post results...
Sincerely,
Renick Marsh

Any update on those results yet?
As another thought, I hear verizon customers can use something other than Verizon Webmail which I believe is a standalone application? Is it different when emails are forwarded from a web browser?
