I have contacted Verizon for several years now regarding service at my address. I am offered basic telephone service - no- DSL- no fios. I am less than six miles from the largest community in my County, on the main State highway and yet they do not offer anything but the basic service at my address. Each time I actually get an answer it's the same thing, Verizon is constantly expanding it's coverage area,put in your email address and we'll contact you when other services come available. For petes sake my in laws live in hillbilly's land (Norway NY) and there provider little ole Newport telephone company has DSL available to them. I don't get it. Any ideas from anyone including Verizon folks.
