I have nothing but issues with my verizon customer service.  I can't get a staight answer as to when my first auto-payment will cme out of my checking account.  I waited an hour to get hooked up my first day becaise service was out in my area the first day and the help desk was overwhelmed with calls.  An hour - are you kidding????  I can't find an answer via the internet because when I ask for support I get asked for my zip and then when I am asked for which service I need help - I am asked for my zip and when I answer I am asked for which service I need help.  You get the loop.  INSANE -Poor service  You stink so far.  Which of you exec's want to answer my issues?????
