What a JOKE....Have been trying to deal with these people for over 7 months!!!!!! Some days I would love to THROW THIER EQUIPMENT OUT THE WINDOW...If we had another phone and internet provider I WOULD in a heartbeat.... I am on the internet most of the day...wait let me restate that " I try to get on the internet during the day, but evertime MY phone rings it kicks my internet out. IMPOSSIBLE to do any banking, bill paying etc on line. Each time the phone rings I have to:
turn off the modem
restart the modem
shut down my computer
restart
hope I can get back into the program because I didn't sign out
MY phone rings at least ten times a day sometimes more
Have talked to service dept LOL
Have talked to Tech dept LOL
Have had the line men out here several times LOL
OH the problem has been fixed mam NO IT HASN"T
Most frustrating is the service dept
Mam we would like you to simply turn off your modem and then turn it back on.....What the hell..problem fixed... turn off the modem...now tell me mam is the internet light back on when you do that ......AHHHHHHHH...
This is not the fix.. If the Verizon Service dept. internet went down everytime thier phone rang how
much work would they get done...OH WAIT maybe that is the problem.
