Does Verizon charge for extra boxes during an exchange? Here is my situation:
I have 3 TVs. I exchanged a total of 2 boxes a week after another - 1 HD box (replaced SD box) and then I decided I wanted a Multiroom DVR. On my Bill, I was charged for 11 days of 5 room DVR package because a total of 5 boxes were either in my possession or enroute to/from Verizon. Has anyone had this issue?
