Our Verizon account was closed and we have a credit balance. I tried to contact Verizon customer service through this site using my user ID as we moved across the country and I wanted to ensure our correct address was on file. Due to Hurricane Sandy, we have lived in temporary housing up until this point and I needed to update Verizon with our final address. Well, it looks like Verizon sent me a message back, but I am unable to access it. 

I go to My Verizon and my profile page as instructed, then to "notifications". The only thing "notifications" does is tell me I have a new message from Verizon, but it won't OPEN the message. I've tried going to other places on the site, on the My Verizon page, and tried to open this thing from mulitple places, but I am unable to. I suspect this is because my account has been closed. 

Can someone please help me access the message?
