When we try to login to Starz Play we get a script error.
I have tried this on three different computers with three different operating systems (XP, Vista and 7), so it cannot be the computer/settings. I've made sure that script debugging is disable in IE AND other, error reporting is off, etc.
Basically, I open Starz Play, the login screen pops up, I enter my info, click "Go" and the error pops up. I've tried hitting yes, continue to run this script, and no, do not continue running this script, and both times it just logs me into My Verizon in the window that popped up to log me in to Starz Play, but I never get logged into Starz Play.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've called customer support, and they can't figure it out either.
Soooo, anyone here having the same issues? Or maybe someone did have it and figured it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to use this service, but if I can't login to use it, what's the point in paying for it?
Thanks,
Renee

I get the same error on my XP machine on Starz Play. I was able to set it up on my Windows 7 laptop and it works fine. I tried tried loading it and unloading it on the XP system Desktop several times, same problem. Also the log in screen stays on top and cannot be windowed. Strange.
One thing I noted is that my Windows 7 logs in automatically in Starz Play but the user log in the same as my verizon email address.
It upsets me that Verizon doesn't have a fix.

I was offered this free for 2 weeks today when complaining about my phone service. They acted like I was getting a special deal since I was having problems, but I see it wasn't anything special from what people without issues are offered. Neither here nor there, the service won't work. This just added to my frustration with Verizon and the horrible service I have received. I have been lied to numerous times, and feel as if they are robbing me without any sham to their scandels. I am truly amazed that during such an time of economical hardships, companies treat their customers even worse as if we are obligated to their company. If my issues are not resolved soon, the Better Business Bureau will receive a laundry list of complaints from me.
