I returned my Quantum router to a local Verizon store in December. I have since misplaced the confirmation receipt. I have been trying to get this equipment charge removed from my bill for a few months. I received one $12.80 bill credit, and I was told it would be removed from my account. That was last month; however, this month I am still being charged the equipment rental.
