You're talking mostly to other users here.  If you want to reach Verizon, contact them directly through chat, Twitter or phone.

Know that "telephone poles" in most areas are not owned by "the telephone company."  They are usually owned by the power company, assuming they have power lines on them.  If this is the case, you'll have much better luck calling your local power company.

Good Luck.

As stated, they may not be owned by Verizon.
There should be a plate on them with the owner of the pole and a pole #.

Check it out and then contact the appropriate utility.
Plus, do you have info on the TT owner?
Were the police involved?

They could also be of assistance.
