Terrible Service and Not User Friendly

I hate to say it, but I miss Comcast. Everything was better, including internet service throughout my house. Verison even told me that I would have certain channels when signing up amd then I come to realize I didyhave any of those channels I asked for. So, now I believe my bill is higher. I changed from Comcat because of a high bill, but it’s honestly a better cable.
