If any of you out there ever luck out and get Kay {edited for privacy}on the phone at Verizon Wireless Customer Service you are going to get Top Notch service.   She should be training all the Customer Service employees.  I complain when service is not good so I feel it is just as important to praise when it is good...and Kay was the best rep I have dealt with in my many years with Verizon.  Thanks Kay, and thanks Verizon for making a smart hiring decision.
