Couple things..the six strikes policy makes me want to vomit.
Second thing, rather than have Verizon fix issues, they offer a dumb blog that no one reads, nor does it solve issues. If you call customer service you get some off shore person making a couple bucks a day who works a twelve hour day and really doesn't care.
Third, Verizon software does not work in Microsoft Accessibily mode, which is an ADA II violation, but no one polices Verizon and Verizon apparently doesn't care.
And in closing,MS IE blocks Verizon content on their own pages. Bewtween Verizon not supporting Accessibility Software and IE blocking their own content, why can't you folks play nice together?
One more thing..Verizon filters are useless.
