Looking for help with a large tree limb that came down on our Verizon wire last week and is now entangled with the wire. While our service has not be interrupted yet, it is a serious communications and health hazard. Our usual landscape/tree removal crew will not remove it because it is entangled with the wire.
However, when I scheduled a repair with Verizon last week over the phone, they sent out a service technician, NOT someone capable of addressing our issue. I was explicit on the phone that we were not experiencing service interruption and that a tree limb was tangled and we needed it removed. Now, in addition to STILL having the tree limb dangerously tangled with our Verizon wire, we have a $50 service fee for something we did not order and that was not provided.
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?
