Trouble paying bill

I was not able to pay my 200.00 installment payment today online as it would not accept my checking information. It also would not take my debit card as there won't be 200.00 in the account till 6/3. On that day I can pay the 200.00 plus the addiional 371.05. Please advise. {edited for privacy}
