When signing up for fios, the agent on the phone told me I was eligible to get a $100 gift cards as an incentive for signing up. I recently received a couple of emails informing that my gift cards were ready to be redeemed, but when I click on the link, the page does not load at all. The offer shows up and says to redeem by Feb 2022 but every time i click on it, it takes me no where?
