Upgraded on line and got terrible bundle...

I went to the upgrade site and after much frustration, on line rep. offered to "help" me. I wanted to try to save money and end up worse off! Being charged $50.00 + just for DVR and 4I TV's plus down graded FIOS TV package and Internet speed! I think I'll call Comcast and get their bundle to save money. I changed from Comcast to FIOS to save and now its worse !
Gotta look into Satellite next!
