Just 1 last post as VZN was able to end my service without any hassles. Too bad their customer service was not better at the job of customer service. I switched to ATT in July and their reps do not LIE when they cannot answer a question, they find someone who can. I know ATT had questionable service years back, but that has changed. VZN advertising is a real turn off as it shows stupidity instead of promoting the value of the product. After 8 years all I will say is GOOD RIDDANCE
