Verizon Amazon Echo Promotion Issues

I finally got the notification that I could redeem my Echo by logging into my Fios app and selecting the Redeem button.  The resulting page says the offer has been applied to my Amazon account and to select a color for the echo and add to cart  However, when I try to check out it says that I owe $69.99 plus tax.  Why is my offer not being applied?

 

Please help!
